Philip Willans
Philip Willans qualified as a Solicitor in 1970 and since 1973 has practiced in St Albans, firstly in partnership with others and since
1986 as a sole practitioner.
The practice is a broad general practice, within which there are specific specialities including Employment law,Commercial and
Residential Property but also Family Law and Probate law including, both contentious and non-contentious Probate.
Mr Willans sits part-time as a Part-time Judge of Employment Tribunals, and is a member of other professional groups.
He is also a member of the Institute of Linguists and holds a Diploma in transaction for German
Amanda Wiles
Amanda Wiles qualified in May 2007 as a Licensed Conveyancer and has a broad experience in all types of residential and
commercial conveyancing. She has a specialisation in Landlord and Tenant law for commercial and residential property as well
as agricultural land. She is also a trustee for a housing charity which is a particular importance to the practice that act for
a number of charities uncluding Butterfly World, Royal Entomological Society, Herts Agricultural Society and Others. |
